From the Field to the Frontline: Meet Kyle, Our Founder
Kyle is a proud veteran has been in the commercial construction industry for over 15 years, founding Recon Siteworks in 2020. Kyle built Recon Siteworks on the same values that guided him through over six years of military service—discipline, initiative, and a commitment to doing things right. His career in construction started with hands-on labor and grew into leading multimillion-dollar commercial builds across Texas. That journey shaped his intuitive approach to problem-solving and his focus on safety as a non-negotiable standard.
Kyle understands what general contractors need: clear communication, solid relationships, and a team that handles their scope without added stress. He founded Recon Siteworks to be that solution—bringing together skilled people who take pride in their work and build trust through results. Today, Kyle lives in New Braunfels with his family, staying grounded in faith, community, and the belief that strong relationships build strong projects.
