Kyle has worked in construction for his entire professional career, with exception to his six and a half years of service with the United States Army.  Originally starting in residential construction as a laborer while going to school, Kyle worked his way up through the ranks for several local homebuilders, eventually becoming a superintendent in charge of multiple projects at once. 

 

Kyle enlisted in the United States Army in 2005 and during his time overseas, he honed his leadership skills and ability to adapt well in a rapidly changing environment.  Upon leaving the military in 2012, Kyle began working for a well-respected Commercial General Contractor as a Superintendent, and after three years was promoted to Project Manager and oversaw all phases of construction for several different projects around Texas.  It was during this time as Project Manager that Kyle focused on building his core team of subcontractors which lead to continued success on several multimillion dollar projects across the state.  Kyle was later selected to travel out of state to serve as Project Manager for one of the company’s top clients. 

 

In 2019 an opportunity was offered to partner with a successful concrete and civil construction company to open a new division in the San Antonio and Austin markets, and thus Recon Siteworks was born.  This partnership has given Recon Siteworks the resources and ability to compete with other commercial concrete companies, and the ability to complete projects of larger sizes.  Recon Siteworks has a full accounting and estimating department at its disposal to ensure accuracy and timely handling of invoicing and payments, and our field personnel are held to a high standard in terms of quality and safety.

 

Kyle and his family live in New Braunfels, TX and are actively involved in their church as well as their children’s sports.  When not working, Kyle enjoys getting away to the deer lease or fishing down at the coast.
